- Orders may be cancelled before shipping only.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- If cancelled before shipment, refund will be issued within 3–7 working days.

Returns are accepted only if:

Not eligible:

❌ Expectation mismatch due to collectible age/quality
❌ Damage after delivery or due to customer handling

- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach images/video proof of the issue
- Our team will verify within 2–4 working days
- If approved, customer will:
- Receive replacement (if stock is available), or
- Receive refund
✅ 4. Refunds
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
- Refund time: 3–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
✅ 5. Special Conditions
- Collectible coins may have wear, cleaning marks, toning, scratches, discoloration — these are natural and not grounds for return.
- Items handled, opened, tampered, or removed from protective packaging are not eligible.
