1. Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping only.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • If cancelled before shipment, refund will be issued within 3–7 working days.

2. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:
✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Damaged item received

Not eligible:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Expectation mismatch due to collectible age/quality
❌ Damage after delivery or due to customer handling


3. Return Procedure

  1. Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Attach images/video proof of the issue
  3. Our team will verify within 2–4 working days
  4. If approved, customer will:
    • Receive replacement (if stock is available), or
    • Receive refund

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
  • Refund time: 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Special Conditions

  • Collectible coins may have wear, cleaning marks, toning, scratches, discoloration — these are natural and not grounds for return.
  • Items handled, opened, tampered, or removed from protective packaging are not eligible.
